The USB serial cable kit should work directly with Airconsole with no further drivers to be installed.
If you want to use the cable by plugging it directly into a USB port on your Windows PC (Windows 7+) then drivers are available on Windows Update so most customers will have these drivers installed automatically by Windows.
In the event that the drivers cannot be located automatically on Windows Update, it is possible to install drivers manually. The USB serial cable internally contains an FTDI FT232RL chip or FT231X chip (depending on when purchased), the VCP drivers for both of these are the same and can be downloaded from here: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm
